The Luxury Picnic Experience includes a fresh Graze board and drinks. It’s a favourite choice for couples and friends celebrating any special occasion. Including an anniversary, proposal, birthday, bridal shower, baby shower, date night, girls night, corporate function, and so much more.

Once you book, leave everything to us. We take care of your picnic set up, along with the food & drinks, so you just need to turn up and enjoy.

What's Included:

Graze & Gaze provide & set up everything you need for a Luxury Picnic Experience.

All of the below is provided, delivered, set up, and styled. Then once you leave it’s all packed down, cleaned & sanitised.

2 hours picnic duration – you can purchase additional time.
Choose from 7 locations for your experience.
Your choice of Grazing box, select from Antipasto, Fruit or Sweet. We’ll make sure there’s enough food for everyone.
Your choice of soft drink or juice, which is included for all guests. You can select your preference when booking.
Bring your own (BYO) alcohol is permitted – no extra charge. Or add-on Alcohol from our selection of beers, wines & mixers.
Choose still or sparkling water.
Drinks bucket with ice.
Champagne flutes and water glasses.
Personalised message board.
Luxury cushions & soft rug.
Flower & table decorations.
Picnic table.
Plates, cutlery, napkins & table runner.
Fairy lights are included for sunset and evening picnics.

Is your perfect picnic location not listed? That’s okay, just contact our friendly team to arrange a custom location, including your home or local area. Additional fees will apply if your group is less than 15 guests.

Graze (Food):

Each sharing Grazing box is enough to share between 2-3 guests.

For a couples Picnic, a Graze box is included to share. You can choose one of the following varieties: Antipasto, Fruit or Sweet. You can also add additional Graze boxes to your experience when booking online.

For a group Picnic, a Graze box is included for every 2 guests. For example, a group of 6 guests will receive 3 boxes, and a group of 8 guests will receive 4 boxes etc. You can mix and match from the following varieties: Antipasto, Fruit or Sweet. When you have an odd number of guests, e.g. 7 guests, you will receive 3 boxes, but additional contents will be added to your boxes to make sure everyone has enough food.

For Children, a child friendly Graze box is included. This includes a crustless sandwich, fresh fruit, carrot & cucumber sticks with dipping sauce and a juice.

Vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free, and dairy-free options are available. Please let us know of any dietary requirements when making your booking.

Antipasto Graze box includes: Brie, Meredith Goat Cheese, Wensleydale With Cranberries, Tropical Fruit And Almond, Cream Cheese, Gouda, Mortadella, Pastrami, Sicilian Olives, Beetroot Hummus, Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries, Figs, Strawberry, Purple Grapes/Cherry, Green Grapes, Dried Apricot, Walnut, Pistachio And Crackers.
Fruit Graze box includes: Watermelon, Rockmelon, Honeydew Melon, Blood Orange/Orange, Pineapple, Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries, Strawberries, Figs, Purple Grapes, Apricot, Green Grapes, Passionfruit, Dragonfruit, Kiwi, Mango, Apple.
Sweet Graze box includes: Cookies, Mini Muffins, Doughnuts, Berries, Strawberries, Macaroons, Tea Cakes, Rocky Road.

Pricing is calculated on a per person basis. For groups, the price per person is reduced when you add-on extra guests.

Terms & Conditions:

If adverse weather is predicted 48 hours ahead of your Graze & Gaze experience, you have three options to choose from:
1. Arrange an alternative date for your experience.
2. Move your picnic to a sheltered location you can provide within 5km of the Sydney CBD, postcode 2000. For example, your Luxury Picnic can be setup in your hotel room, home or apartment.
3. Exchange your booking for a gift voucher which is valid for 3 (three) years.
Graze & Gaze will contact customers via phone and/or email if adverse weather is predicted.
Graze & Gaze Sydney picnics are set up in public parks and the locations are unreserved, therefore we cannot guarantee that your picnic will be in the exact location as advertised in our images.
Adult & Child pricing:
– Adults pricing is applicable for guests ages 13 and over
– Child pricing is applicable for guests aged 3-12.
– There is no charge for children under the age of 3.
– Children only bookings are not permitted – 2 adults must be included on the bookings.
